These BingoPlus terms of service Philippines set out a legally binding agreement between you and us when you access or use our website, mobile app, or related services. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately. We may update these Terms at any time to reflect operational, security, or legal requirements, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any part of the platform, you enter into a binding contract with us under these Terms. This includes use through a browser, mobile device, or application, and covers all services we make available from time to time. We reserve the right to amend, replace, or add to these Terms at our discretion, including by introducing additional rules for specific products or events. 3. Account Registration and Security
To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your real name, valid mobile number, and correct date of birth. You agree to keep your details updated so we can contact you about security, payments, and compliance. Only one account per person is permitted, and multi-accounting is prohibited; where detected, we may close accounts and void balances, bonuses, and winnings linked to the breach. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity on your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect compromise, notify support immediately and stop using the account until secured.
3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
We apply KYC checks to protect player safety, prevent fraud, and comply with AML obligations. You agree that we may request and verify documents at registration, before a withdrawal, or at any time we consider necessary. Typical requirements may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of a payment method used for deposit or withdrawal. 4.1 Supported Payment Methods
We may support multiple payment options for deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability, maintenance, and verification. Common methods include GCash (often credited instantly), Maya, GrabPay, bank transfer, and over-the-counter options offered through authorized channels. Payment availability can differ by user, account status, or technical constraints, and we may add or remove methods without prior notice. You are responsible for ensuring your payment account is active and correctly configured, including accurate mobile numbers, account names, and any required reference fields. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers, network outages, or incorrect details entered by you.
4.2 Deposit Terms
Deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount displayed at the cashier and may be subject to maximum limits based on verification status and risk controls. Deposits are usually credited instantly, but we do not guarantee instant credit in all cases due to third-party processing, reconciliation, or security checks. Third-party deposits are not accepted, meaning you must not fund your account using a payment instrument belonging to another person. We do not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges or limits. Any attempt to reverse deposits after wagering may be treated as suspected fraud and handled accordingly.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms

7. Prohibited Activities and Enforcement

We may also report relevant activity to authorities and cooperate with lawful requests. 8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and technology made available through the platform, including software, design elements, text, images, logos, interfaces, and compilation of content, are owned by us or used under license. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services for lawful personal entertainment only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent. Third-party game providers and licensors retain ownership of their respective intellectual property, and your use of their content is subject to these Terms and any applicable provider rules.
9. Limitation of Liability
The services are provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will be free from delays, outages, or defects. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the services. 10. Termination and Account Closure
You may request account closure by contacting support. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn subject to successful KYC verification, security checks, and resolution of outstanding disputes, chargebacks, or suspected prohibited activity. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if we reasonably suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, multi-accounting, KYC failure, AML concerns, abusive behaviour, or misuse of promotions. We may also close accounts due to long inactivity, technical or security reasons, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, we may void bonuses and promotional funds and may withhold or forfeit funds where permitted to recover losses, chargebacks, or damages caused by prohibited activity.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable Philippine law and relevant PAGCOR rules and standards that apply to regulated gaming and player protection. If you have a complaint, you agree to contact support first and provide sufficient details so we can investigate and attempt informal resolution. If the matter is not resolved, the parties will attempt mediation in good faith before proceeding further. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, you and we agree to binding arbitration as the exclusive mechanism for final resolution, on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class, collective, or representative proceedings to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the platform. Changes take effect upon posting unless we state otherwise. Where we consider a change material, we may provide additional notice through in-account messages, app notifications, or other reasonable channels; however, you remain responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly. If you do not agree with an updated version, you must stop using the services and request account closure. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance. Separate product rules, bonus terms, and notices may apply and form part of this agreement when referenced or presented to you.
